All SHORE TITLE closing agents hold Insurance Producer Licenses with Title Insurance Authority issued by the State of New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. To obtain and maintain this License one must attend at least 65 hours of instruction in title insurance, pass a rigorous state examination, and accrue continuing education credits on an ongoing basis.
